Can I use the desktop app on multiple devices?
Of course! Simply deactivate the app on one device to use it on another one.
Can you send me an invoice?
Sure, we use stripe.com as our payments provider, everything invoice related can be done on their dashboard.
Can I try out GraphQL Editor without installing it?
Sure! You can try our cloud plan trial.
How long can I use the desktop license?
Forever, and you get a full year of updates included. After that, you can purchase additional update packages for $64 per year. However, if you choose not to, the app will still function fully with all its features.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
No problem, you can manage your subscription status directly in the Manage Account section in the GraphQL Editor app.
